Elevate Your Vibration At A ROL Event!

Announcing a new weekly class focusing on daily practice activities to help you live a more meditative life, in rhythm and flow, and to maintain your energetic hygiene. 

This class is for individuals seeking greater connection to Self and their spiritual practices, mindfulness, reduced stress, increased creativity, and improved overall wellness. 

It will include sound healing with a Bioscalar Activation guided meditation, breath-work, mantra, some gentle movement, intention setting and journaling. 

Class takes place in padded meditation chairs on the floor, and is limited to 6 so we have room for gentle movement.

Water and tea provided, feel free to bring a snack!

Join fellow Synergy of Sound Healing Conductors, Reiki Masters & Energy Medicine Practitioners Ellyn Dent & Amanda Willis for a monthly colllaborative sound healing experience at The Yoga Collaborative in North Falmouth! 

Ellyn and Amanda met at their first Intro-level Synergy of Sound Healing weekend intensive training with the Sva Ha Academy in New Bedford, MA in early 2023 and have both continued learning there ever since, completing through mastery level as Sound Healing Conductors, as well as Energy Medicine 1 & 2. They are both currently enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training through Sva Ha at Power and Grace Yoga, and in Energy Medicine 3 with Master Teacher and Sva Ha Academy Founder, Lisa Ishwari Murphy.

*Please note that these monthly events take place at The Yoga Collaborative at 580 North Falmouth Hwy (Rt 28A) in North Falmouth, MA, NOT AT RAY OF LIGHT HEALTH IN BOURNE.*

Ellyn Dent, RN and Marybeth Truran, LMHC of Harbor Healing Arts are offering a monthly women's support circle to continue building community with like-minded women, with a focus on your empowerment.

Each month we'll address related issues from the perspectives of Jungian & Imaginal Psychology and Energy Medicine, incorporating various healing arts and thoughtful activities with sound healing incorporated throughout. 

*You did not need to attend our day retreats to join these monthly sessions.  Day retreats wlll resume Nov-April.

What: Women's Empowerment Support Group

When: Tuesday, May 6th 6:30-8pm(ish)

In need of some energetic 'spring cleaning', nurturing, balance and harmony? Join colleagues Ellyn Dent and Amanda Willis for a relaxing and restorative evening as they combine the vibrational benefits of Sound Healing with the energetic benefits of Reiki energy healing for this small-group event.

We'll get you snuggled in to comfy antigravity chairs, tucked in with a blanket and lavender-infused eye pillow, then you get to RELAX and RECEIVE. Let the soothing tones shift your brain to a deeply meditative state and embody your intentions as you receive hand-on energy healing (with minimal to no-touch, if you prefer) to open and clear your major chakras/energetic centers. 

Leave feeling lighter and refreshed with balanced nervous and energetic system!  

Ellyn and Amanda are both experienced Reiki Masters, Energy Medicine Practitioners and Synergy of Sound Conductors, trained at Sva Ha Academy in New Bedford, who pride themselves on creating a warm safe space for healing and deep relaxation.  

What: Inner Harmony - Reiki & Sound Healing 

When: Wed May 7th 6:30-8ish

Open to all levels of Reiki practitioners - come practice your skills, receive a healing from the group, and meet other like-minded friends! 

Co-hosted with fellow Reiki Master, Energy Medicine and Synergy of Sound Healing Practitioner, Amanda Willis, we'll start the evening with a guided meditation with sound to balance the nervous system before taking turns on the massage table giving and receiving Reiki from the group. 

We've been incorporating more sound healing instruments and teaching during the evening, so we've changed the name to Reiki *and Sound* Share. No sound healing experience required though! Play as much or as little as you like. 

Limited to 6 participants, so registration is required.
